WAYNE EINHORN
FOUNDER, CEO, PHILANTHROPIST
“Investing in formal education, coaching and lifelong learning are assets that will impact your life, family and community in ways that you never dreamed possible. Reach for the stars and start living your best life.”

Your goal is to build a hugely successful brokerage but can’t grow your business or your profits regardless of how many hours you work?
To run a successful brokerage, you need a foundation rooted in solid business practices. You need to:
- create and implement efficient processes
- recruit world-class agents
- be an effective leader, and
- scale your business without working around the clock
In other words, you have to think and act like a CEO. When you do that, you’ll meet your organizational and financial goals. You may even have time left in your day to do the things you love.
Not sure where to start? I’d be glad to help.
Hi, I’m Wayne.
I’ve been a real estate consultant (Wayne, replace with different terminology) for a long time and before that I was in the trenches for many years.
Formal education and hands-on experience are a powerful combination and that’s what I bring to the table when I coach ambitious real estate brokers like you.
Clients like to say I’ve got “street cred”, and I take that as a huge compliment.
I started at the bottom and worked my way to the top. Like you, I’ve encountered many challenges along the way, but I’ve always looked at roadblocks as merely a detour to my destination. They’re an inconvenience but not the end of the road.
If you’re looking for help from someone who has experience building highly profitable brokerages and implementing successful growth strategies, let’s talk.

Credentials
- My entrepreneurial spirit began at the young age of sixteen. My career quickly accelerated thanks to my aptitude for sales and my ability to genuinely connect with people.
- At 25, I landed the role of regional manager commanding a team of 8 managers and 400 agents across 9 branch offices and held a seat on the Executive Committee.
- I went on to co-found a successful multi-office brokerage in Toronto, Ontario.
- My brokerage experienced such meteoric growth that I sold the firm and retired at the age of 35.
Retired life didn’t last long!
- I’m a go-getter and needed to get back to work, so I bought into a small real estate coaching/events company. My business partner and I grew the business into the second-largest organization of its kind in the world.
- My partner and I sold that firm and co-founded EDI Enterprise Performance Group and transformed it into a global powerhouse that provides guidance to top real estate brokerages and related industries worldwide.
- At the same time, I was Vice-Chair of Authentic Athletics. The business was struggling and close to bankruptcy. I rescued the company by re-engineering its business model, hiring an executive team, recruiting a board of directors, securing funding, and leading the sales plan. The company is now a leader in the digital sports media space.

Formal Education
My natural affinity for business and my on-going commitment to education contribute significantly to my professional development and my clients’ success.
After a few years in the workforce, I made the life-changing decision to return to full-time studies. I obtained my MBA from the renowned Ivey School of Business at the University of Western in London, Ontario.
I have attended corporate workshops led by renowned leaders, including:
- Former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell
- Former U.S. President Bill Clinton
- Former CEO of General Electric, Jack Welch
- Business magnate, Richard Branson
- Keynote speaker and author, Stephen Covey
Education is a lifelong journey, and you could say I’m the quintessential professional student.

Leadership Style
Leadership is the art of getting people to want to do what you need them to do.
As a military historian, I enjoy studying leadership strategies during battle. Interestingly, influential military leaders display many of the same characteristics, and they are as applicable on the battlefield as they are in the business world.
These attributes have become my guiding principles, and they have allowed me to successfully lead countless executive teams through adversity and on to victory.

Top 5 Leadership Attributes
Integrity
Without it, all else fails.
Trust
My team and clients know I have their backs and I operate with their best interests in mind. Always.
Candor
Giving honest feedback when things aren’t going well is difficult, but my team and clients appreciate my candor and the opportunity to improve their performance.
Accountability
As a leader, I am the most accountable, but I also hold everyone I work with responsible for their promised outcomes.
Visionary
I can imagine future possibilities when others can’t. As a leader, it’s my job to paint a picture that excites my teams and clients and points them in the right direction.
My Commitment to You
The only difference between a winner and a loser is that a winner gets up one more time.
I have fallen many times, but I have never quit, and I make sure my clients don’t either.
As Winston Churchill declared when the Nazis bombed London:
“We shall fight on the seas and oceans…we shall defend our island.
We shall never surrender!”
I use this ideology in my business, in my personal life, and with my clients.
Thanks to my drive and commitment, I deliver results for my clients 100% of the time.
